Yesterday (1st) at around 4:20 p.m., a fire broke out in the basement of a detached house on the first basement floor and two floors above ground in Suyu-dong, Seoul, and it was extinguished in 40 minutes.
The fire killed Park, who was in her 60s, who lived on the first basement floor, and another resident was taken to a hospital.
Fire authorities are investigating the cause of the fire in detail.
