Jeju, Seongsan, and alpine regions received 238.4mm, 242.1mm, and 138.4mm of heavy rain yesterday (1st), respectively, breaking the record for precipitation in November.
More than 20 cases of damage have been reported to the fire department, including flooding roads and underground buildings in heavy rain and backflow of manholes.
The Jeju Regional Meteorological Administration said that the rain will continue until this afternoon, and that the strong wind warning will continue until tonight, and that care should be taken to avoid additional damage.
