The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said the highest temperature in Seoul reached 25.1 degrees at 3:10 p.m. today.
Since weather observations began in 1907, temperatures in November have exceeded 25 degrees Celsius only four times, including this one.
The highest November temperature ever recorded in Seoul was 25.9 degrees, which was recorded on November 2 last year.
