'Samsung Semiconductor Head' Jeon Young-hyun Holds Executive Debate

Vice Chairman Jeon Young-hyun, the head of Samsung Electronics' semiconductor company, held an executive debate for the first time since taking office and started to renovate.

According to the industry, Vice Chairman Jeon will start an executive debate to restore competitiveness on the 1st and meet executives sequentially by the middle of this month.

It is the first time that the former vice chairman, who took office in July, will hold a debate for executives.

Earlier, Vice Chairman Jeon cited "the wall of communication between departments" and "the culture of hiding or avoiding problems and reporting unrealistic plans that only reflect wishes" as the reasons for Samsung Electronics' weakening competitiveness.
