Police have secured recruits against a 20-year-old who caused an eight-car collision while driving unlicensed in the Gangnam Station area of Seoul in broad daylight on the weekend.

The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul today (3rd) applied for an arrest warrant for a woman A, who is suspected of violating the Road Traffic Act.

Mr. A is suspected of driving unlicensed on Teheran-ro near Gangnam Station in Seoul at around 1:40 p.m. yesterday, hitting cars and driving backwards.At least eight vehicles, including A's vehicle, were damaged in the

accident, and nine people, including the driver and passenger, were injured and two people were taken to the hospital.

About 40 minutes before the accident, A ran away after hitting a mother who was pushing a stroller with her child in Geoyeo-dong, Seoul.

Mr. A, who was negative in a simple drug test and a drinking test, stated in a police investigation that he took tranquilizers and drove.
