The police first placed two police officers in front of Cho Doo-soon's house at all times, and took measures to ensure that one mobile patrol team strengthened nearby patrols.
The Ministry of Justice is operating a regular management system by dedicated personnel, and Ansan City is preparing for an emergency by moving CCTV and civil safety guard posts (two containers).
Cho Doo-soon was found to have moved to another multi-family house about 2km away from the Wadong multi-family house where he had been living since he was released from prison in December 2020.
