The New Reform Party proposed a "shortened constitutional amendment," saying that President Yoon Suk Yeol's current term is no longer providing a driving force for state administration.

At a press conference at the National Assembly, Representative Heo Eun-ah presented the demand together with the resignation of the Cabinet, President Yoon's direct apology, and the immediate implementation of the Special Prosecutor for First Lady Kim Gun-hee.

He then urged the members of the People's Power to end the time of silence and bystander and encourage them if they have justice and responsibility in their hearts.

The fact that President Yoon did not attend the National Assembly's budget speech was a declaration that was disrespectful to the people and gave up his responsibilities as a president, pointing out that the people will no longer tolerate irresponsible attitudes.
