The Supreme Court rejected the re-appeal filed by the prosecution on the 1st.
In May, the prosecution raided Shin's residence and mobile phone, who worked as an administrator for the Blue House's civil affairs secretary's office and was in charge of inspection and management of the president's relatives.
In response, Shin filed a quasi-appeal, saying that the execution of the search warrant was unfair as the prosecution did not go through the screening process for the contacts included in the mobile phone.
The quasi-appeal is a system that applies for cancellation to the court in objection to the disposition of investigative agencies such as the execution of warrants.
The Jeonju District Court accepted Shin's claim in July, and the prosecution appealed again against it, but the Supreme Court's judgment was the same.
