"First North Korean troops attacked by Ukra forces in Kurskuzu"

Ukrainian officials claimed on the 4th that North Korean troops sent to Russia for the first time had already been attacked by Ukrainian forces in the western Russian state of Kursk.

"The first North Korean troops have already been attacked in Kursk," Andriy Kovalenko, director of the disinformation response center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, wrote on Telegram, according to Ukrainian media RBC-Ukraine.

However, he said that details such as the damage to the North Korean military have not been revealed.

When Kovalenko appeared on Ukraine's state broadcaster on the 31st of last month, he said the North Korean military had not yet participated in the battle but would soon be deployed.
