The win-win consultative body to reduce the burden of delivery app fees for self-employed people remains in pain even at the 10th meeting.

Public interest committee members pressed to finalize the discussion and present an arbitration plan if an agreement is not reached at the next 11th meeting to be held on the 7th.

Following the 10th Win-Win Council and Baedal Minjok, which were held beyond the target deadline, Coupang Eats also announced that it would pay a differential fee.

The plan is to apply a lower brokerage fee rate to stores with low sales.

Earlier, Coupang proposed a proposal that all store owners bear the delivery fee instead of lowering the brokerage fee to 5%, which sparked backlash from the store owner.
