At around 3 p.m. yesterday, 82-year-old Yoo was found dead on a ridge in the middle of a hill in Sindae-ri, Cheongil-myeon, Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do.
Yoo lost contact after climbing a nearby hill to check the hive on the afternoon of the 1st.
Police and fire authorities have deployed more than 600 people to search for the past three days, and are currently investigating the cause of death.
