Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has claimed that 10,000 North Korean soldiers have already arrived in the Kursk region on the Russian border.

President Zelenskyy said in a video address on the evening of the 4th local time that he had been briefed by intelligence officials on the movements of the North Korean military.

He then urged the West to be more active, saying, "The number of North Korean troops is increasing, but the allies' response is not."
