Police have arrested a man in his 20s who assaulted an unknown woman while drunk. The man stated that he was drunk at the time and did not remember.

On CCTV, which contained the situation at the time, A suddenly rushed to the victim, B, pushed her down, and assaulted B's face trying to get up. He then grabbed B and shook him around, then ran away toward a nearby university.

A was caught by the police who were dispatched after receiving a report in front of the hospital about 20 minutes after fleeing.

B was found to have been assaulted by A, who had never met him on the way home.

A stated in a police investigation that he/she was drunk and did not remember, and it is reported that he/she assaulted a female college student after drinking nearby.

The police have applied for an arrest warrant for the man on charges of injury.
