Police have arrested a man in his 20s who assaulted an unknown woman while drunk. The man stated that he was drunk at the time and did not remember.
According to the police and Channel A on the 4th, a man in his 20s who assaulted a woman's face for the first time in a residential area in Sinchon on charges of injury is being booked and investigated.
On CCTV, which contained the situation at the time, A suddenly rushed to the victim, B, pushed her down, and assaulted B's face trying to get up. He then grabbed B and shook him around, then ran away toward a nearby university.
A was caught by the police who were dispatched after receiving a report in front of the hospital about 20 minutes after fleeing.
B was found to have been assaulted by A, who had never met him on the way home.
