Yes, the morning temperature in Paju Panmunjom, Gyeonggi Province, dropped to minus 0.7 degrees, and the temperature in Baekhak-myeon, Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province dropped to minus 0.1 degrees.

Although it is an unofficial record, not an official observation point, it is the first sub-zero record in inland Gyeonggi Province.

The temperature in Insan-myeon, Hwacheon, Gangwon-do, also dropped to minus 0.1 degrees Celsius, but Gangwon-do recorded below zero once in Pyeongchang's Myeonon on October 25.

In addition, temperatures dropped by more than 10 degrees from yesterday, including 5.6 degrees in Seoul, 1.9 degrees in Cheorwon, 3.7 degrees in Ganghwa, and 5.6 degrees in Geochang, making it the coldest this fall.
