3℃ in Seoul today, it's colder than yesterday...Tomorrow's cold is at its peak.

With the nation recording its lowest temperature this fall yesterday, today is expected to be colder than yesterday.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said temperatures will drop by 5 degrees this morning from yesterday due to the cold continental high pressure.

This morning, Daegwallyeong is expected to fall below zero in the central inland, including minus 4 degrees Celsius in Daegwallyeong, minus 2 degrees Celsius in Cheorwon, and minus 1 degree Celsius in Paju, and most of the country is expected to fall below 10 degrees Celsius, including 6 degrees in Gwangju, 5 degrees in Daegu, and 3 degrees in Seoul and Daejeon.

Even in the middle of the day, the whole country will stay below 15 degrees Celsius, and the wind will especially reduce the wind chill.

The cold is expected to ease tomorrow, the season's "Ipdong", with the temperature falling to 2 degrees Celsius in the morning in Seoul, and then recovering the previous year's temperature from the day after tomorrow.
