Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, stressed that fundamental measures to revitalize the stock market are needed, and that the revision of the commercial law will be made sure to be made within this regular session of the National Assembly.

CEO Lee said at the Supreme Council that the life of the stock market is fairness, and if someone makes fraudulent transactions or manipulations, most participants will lose money and avoid investment.

He also pointed out that the most serious problem in the Korean stock market is immoral manipulation of stock prices by controlling shareholders or takeover of company profits, and unfair transactions that drain kernels through physical division should not be allowed.

It is common sense to operate a company fairly and share management profits fairly, but the government and the ruling party began to oppose the revision of the commercial law, asking if they should allow it to be stolen.
