In the morning, the lowest temperature this fall was recorded in most regions, and the first frost and first ice were observed throughout the central inland.

The first frost was also observed in Seoul, two days earlier than last year and nine days later than usual.

The temperature dropped by 5-10 degrees this morning compared to yesterday.

It was below zero mainly in the central inland area,

Daegwanryeong fell to -3.6 degrees and Cheorwon -2.9 degrees.

Seoul broke its lowest temperature this fall in one day with 4.1 degrees Celsius.

It will be chilly all day long under clear sky today.

Mid-day temperatures will be 12 degrees in Seoul, 13 degrees in Daejeon, and 15 degrees in Daegu, which will be 2-3 degrees lower than yesterday.

Tomorrow, the season of 'Ipdong', the temperature will drop to 2 degrees in the morning in Seoul and the cold will peak.
