The temperature in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, where I am currently, is 2 degrees, which is about 2 degrees lower than at the same time yesterday.

Currently, the cold is below zero, mainly in the central and northern regions such as -4.5 degrees Celsius in Daegwallyeong and -2.6 degrees Celsius in Paju.

Today's daytime temperature will rise to 14 degrees in Seoul and 17 degrees in Gwangju and Daegu, widening the daily temperature gap.

The early winter cold will gradually ease as the temperature rises from tomorrow afternoon.

Tonight, it will only rain a little on Jeju Island, and the sky will be mostly clear for the time being.

The daytime temperature in Seoul is expected to rise to around 20 degrees this coming weekend, showing milder weather than usual.

With the wind blowing strong today, the waves will also be high around the east coast.
