A fire broke out at a waste plastic recycling facility in Nam-myeon, Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do at around 10:20 last night (6th).
No one was injured in the evacuation of the staff, but the fire spread to more than 500 tons of plastic, prompting fire authorities to put out the fire overnight.
Fire authorities, which extinguished the large blaze in seven and a half hours, plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire as soon as they finish cleaning up the remaining fires.
