The Seoul Labor Office receives a complaint about the "Guro Station Accident"...Four people are booked.

The Labor Office is investigating the death of two employees working on the track of Guro Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 in August.

The Seoul Employment and Labor Administration's Metropolitan Disaster Investigation Division said it received a complaint from the Korea Railroad Workers' Union on the 7th of last month against four people, including Korail President Han Moon-hee, on charges of violating the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accident Punishment Act.

The Labor Office is looking into whether they could have predicted the accident and whether there is a causal relationship between the violation of the law and the occurrence of the accident.

Earlier on August 9, two employees were killed and one was seriously injured when a track inspection vehicle and a work vehicle collided on the track at Guro Station.
