President Yoon Suk Yeol says he is working from various angles to minimize the loss of our economy in relation to former President Donald Trump's presidential election victory.At a press conference held at the presidential office in Yongsan today, President
Yoon responded to the criticism that uncertainty will increase in the Korean economy by applying import tariffs and other measures when Trump takes office for the second time.President

Yoon said, "It is not the same as the Biden administration, but the preparations for risk aversion are long overdue," adding, "Our country, which is highly dependent on foreign countries, should make a lot of money from exports anyway."

He then said he has been evaluated by U.S. politicians who met on the international diplomatic stage that he and Trump will work well together, adding that he thinks he will be able to do well without any problems.
