Ko Hyun-jung, Ryeo-woon, Yoon Sang-hyun, and Lee Jin-woo of "Namib" started the hot-rolled mode, starting with script reading.

Genie TV's original drama "Namib" (scripted by Um Sung-min, director Han Sang-jae, Kang Min-gu, planned KT Studio Genie, production SLL, studio Woo Young-soo), which will premiere on December 23 (Mon), tells the story of Kang Soo-hyun (played by Ko Hyun-jung), a fired star producer, and Yoo Jin-woo (Ryeowoon), a released long-term trainee, who is moving toward their goals.Along with the return of

Go Hyun-jung (played by Kang Soo-hyun), rising actor Ryeo-woon (played by Yoo Jin-woo), Yoon Sang-hyun (played by Shim Joon-seok), who has a wide spectrum of villains, and rising youth star Lee Jin-woo (played by Shim Jin-woo), are drawing attention.

The script reading site was unveiled today (7th), as the title "Namib," which means the place where desert and sea meet, is drawing questions about what ensemble they will form with the characters in the work. The actors exchanged warm greetings with their colleagues who would work together, and when the script reading began, they were deeply immersed in the character and the script.

Ko Hyun-jung, who plays star producer Kang Soo-hyun, led the play by naturally expressing the colorful aspects of Kang Soo-hyun's character, which are different in the company and in the house. Before reading the lines, he discussed the details with the staff and built the character, making him look forward to Ko Hyun-jung's transformation even more.

Ryeo-woon, who played Yoo Jin-woo, a released long-term trainee, contained the character's inner feelings, which, unlike a certain talent, lacked confidence in himself. In order to embody the character of an idol trainee, he added detailed gestures such as hand gestures playing the guitar and holding the microphone while reading the script to bring life to life.

Yoon Sang-hyun, who will play the role of Kang's husband and former music producer Shim Joon-seok, added to the vitality of the scene with her exclusive life performance. In the part where the music came out, he showed the professional side of a music producer by closing his eyes and dancing to the rhythm.

Lee Jin-woo, who plays Shim Jin-woo, the son of Kang Soo-hyun and Shim Jun-seok, is a character with a hearing impairment, and during the script reading process, he continues his lines to match the mouth shape of the other actors, showing the characteristics of communicating by looking at the mouth shape.

In particular, the combination of mentors and mentees Ko Hyun-jung and Ryeo-woon, who will walk the same path with different goals, caught the eye. Whenever the two precarious and anxious characters bumped into each other and regrouped, the two actors made eye contact with each other, controlled the strength and weakness, and boasted solid teamwork.

The original Genie TV drama "Namib," which anchors the journey through script reading, will be available on Genie TV, Genie TV Mobile, and ENA at 10 p.m. on December 23 (Mon).
