Ruling Party Accuses Candlelight Action..."I raise 4.1 billion won and don't register the recruitment and use plan."

The People's Power filed a complaint with the police against the candlelight victory conversion action for violating the Donation Act.

The party's legal advisory committee said it has filed a complaint with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency against Kim Min-woong, permanent representative of candlelight action, through a press corps notice.

The party claimed that Candlelight Action is accused of violating related laws, such as not registering a donation recruitment and use plan while raising 4.1 billion won from 2022 to early last month.
