The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission said it has prepared an improvement plan for personnel management of civil servants and recommended it to 49 central administrative agencies.
The improvement plan is designed to support dual-income government officials who delay their children's plans or take care of childcare alone due to different workplaces.
The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission pointed out that exceptions should be allowed in the restrictions on government employees moving out if they are planning to get married or pregnant or want to work in the same area as their spouse to raise their young children together.
