The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul decided not to send Jessi, a singer accused of watching a fan being assaulted, today (7th) after judging that she was not charged.

Police say there is no circumstantial evidence that Jesse participated in the assault or threatened, nor can he be considered to have fled the criminal.

However, the police obtained an arrest warrant for foreign national A, who is accused of assaulting the fan directly, and asked Interpol to be wanted, and Jesse's acquaintance B, who is accused of participating in the assault, sent him to the prosecution.

Earlier, in the early morning of September 29, a minor fan was assaulted by a man around her when she asked Jesse to take a photo in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul, and a video of Jesse and his party leaving the scene while stopping the man was released.
