Ms. A was sent to the prosecution in May on charges of property damage after tearing off a post on a mirror while going home on an apartment elevator in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do.
However, when both sides of A raised the issue through the National Newspaper, the police directly asked the prosecution to order a supplementary investigation and got the case back.
The police explained that they decided not to apply the crime of property damage because the young student unintentionally took off the post saying that he could not see the mirror.
At that time, it was investigated that the paper torn by Ms. A was an unauthorized post without permission from the management office.
