It is a shared office in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, where the National Tax Service recently closed its business.

Young YouTuber A reported to his local tax office that there were 1,400 YouTubers and mail-order vendors in his 400 pyeong office since three years ago.

However, when I checked the site, the actual workplace was Seoul and this was a fake one.

With the so-called "address laundering," it abused a system in which a young man does not pay any income tax for five years if he or she does business in a shared office outside of overcrowded control areas in the Seoul metropolitan area.

The National Tax Service has decided to collect billions of won in income tax and additional taxes.

It has also been revealed that hospitals, clinics, academies, and taxi companies received tax credits for research and development expenses without actually researching and developing the research institute after being recognized by the institute's accredited institution.

In some cases, pubs were recognized as research institutes to receive R&D tax credits.

The scale of tax credits for research and human resource development continued to grow, and 55,000 companies received 4.6 trillion won in taxes last year.

In addition, many companies have been identified to receive unfair R&D tax credits after requesting illegal R&D brokers to establish and acknowledge research institutes and write research notes.A case of applying for unfair employment increase tax credit by submitting a fake labor contract

was also caught.

The tax collected as a follow-up management of the tax reduction and employment increase tax credit for start-up small and medium-sized enterprises was KRW 174.9 billion last year.

The National Tax Service said it will strictly respond to tax evasion by abusing the deduction and reduction system to eradicate tax evasion tricks.
