The KTX Sancheon train, which departed from Seoul and was heading to Mokpo at around 5 p.m. yesterday (7th), broke down while stopping at Gwangmyeong Station in Gyeonggi Province.
About 440 passengers on the train transferred to a temporary train in about 50 minutes and departed again, and seven trains passing through Gwangmyeong Station were also delayed by 10 to 20 minutes.
Korail is sending the accident train to the garage to determine the exact cause of the failure.
