Starting at 6:30 p.m., the Democratic Party of Korea plans to hold a "Second National Action Day" rally near Seoul City Hall Station and call for the independent counsel of Kim Gun-hee.
In the meantime, conservative groups such as the Liberty Unification Party will also hold a rally in Gwanghwamun to counteract the regime's withdrawal movement.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency plans to manage traffic communication by operating variable lanes on the other side of the assembly site and deploying 220 traffic police officers to bypass vehicles, saying traffic congestion is expected in the area.
