"The biggest ever" Korea Sale Festa has opened...2,600 participants

Korea Sale Festa, a large-scale government-led discount event to fight Black Friday in the U.S. and China's Gwanggun Festival, will kick off today (9th).

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy held an opening ceremony yesterday (8th) in front of the Myeongdong Art Theater in Seoul to announce the start of the "2024 Korea Sale Festa."

The Korea Sale Festa will be held for 22 days from today (9th) to the 30th, and 2,600 places, the largest ever, will participate.

Following the automobile and home appliance industries that held discount events on the 1st, discounts will be held for online and offline retailers and service industries.

This year, accommodation companies, amusement parks, and delivery platforms are expected to be popular for the first time.
