The Rodong Sinmun, the official newspaper of the ruling Workers' Party, reported that the party had sent winter clothes and bags to flood victims staying in Pyongyang in time for seasonal changes.
At the same time, he said that the benevolent touch of love is reaching out endlessly to the residents of the flood-stricken area staying in Pyongyang.
The newspaper said the flood victims thanked their "enemy" and stressed that the cladding support was Kim Jong-un's will.
State Councilor Kim Jong-un said he will provide a place to stay in Pyongyang during the damage recovery period for 15,000 residents who lost their homes in North Pyongan Province, Jagang Province, and Yanggang Province in August.
