The president's office said it will hold an economic security check meeting to closely watch the Trump administration's new policy changes and come up with proactive and preemptive countermeasures.
In the presidential office, three chiefs, including Chief of Staff Chung Jin-suk, will attend, while in the government, Deputy Prime Minister for Economy Choi Sang-mok and Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Unification, Defense, and Trade, Industry and Energy will attend.
