On the 10th local time, about 100 pro-Palestinian protesters gathered in central Amsterdam square to chant slogans calling for an end to the Gaza war.
But police dispersed the protesters in response to city authorities' decision to temporarily ban them after the violence against Israeli soccer fans, leading some of the demonstrators to be taken away, foreign media said.
Earlier, Israeli soccer fans were attacked in Amsterdam after the match between the Dutch soccer team Ajax and the Israeli soccer team Maccabi Tel Aviv on the 7th.
At least five people were injured in the violence, and local courts banned protests for three days from the following day, the 8th.
