"You can't count the fun of life with money. If I get a lot of money and have a hard time, I think that would be hell. Real beautiful moments like the moment you see the stars in the deep night sky can't be bought even with money. For me, above all, it is so precious to have a relationship to support each other through my work and to spend time in love with them."

, from the play 'Sound Inside', to the tvN drama 'Jungnyeoni' and the Netflix series 'Hell' Season 2. This year, actor Moon So-ri performed more horizontally than anyone else, and succeeded in transforming into different faces in various works. Starting with the 1999 film 'Pepper Candy', Moon So-ri has already made her debut 25 years ago, and she is clearly engraving her own seal wherever she is, regardless of the screen and stage, CRT and OTT.

Today (11th), YTN met Moon So-ri, who always gives the public a gift-like work with the best acting, and recently talked about his work and acting.

Above all, Moon So-ri opened the interview with a story about this, as his "Jungnyeon" the day before surpassed its own highest ratings with more than 14% of viewership and "Chuwol Man-jeong" sung in the drama.

Although he is a special appearance, Moon So-ri, who has been teaching and practicing for a year for a scene singing "Chuwol Manjeong," said, "It was a really difficult song to sing without some public power. "I practiced constantly because I can't even taste it if I don't have skills," he said. "I'm grateful that the scene that came out after countless training sessions was loved by viewers."

In particular, he recalled learning sounds for a year and a half from the late Nam Hae-sung, an intangible cultural asset of Pansori Sugungga, when he was a college student, and said, "When I did 'Jungnyeoni', I thought a lot about the teacher, and I was grateful to be able to capture what I learned from the teacher with acting. Just having the opportunity to speak is a meaningful work for me," he said, showing tears.

Coincidentally, the three works will be released around the same time, and the second half of this year would have been more special than anyone else for Mun So-ri, so he said, "It's daily to greet people with works because I've been doing what I've been doing for more than 20 years, but I think it's a little more talked about as works come out one after another at the same time. "I'm grateful with the thought of 'Lucky Vicky'," he said with a bright smile.

"Bella" (Sound Inside), a novelist and university professor who stopped working, "Chae Gong-seon" (Jeong-nyeon), who was a genius singer who shook the world but had to give up her voice, and Lee Soo-kyung (hell 2) who is trying to rebuild public power in a chaotic world where angels announce their death. How did Moon So-ri create and act different characters for each work?

Moon So-ri, who obsessively asks questions for the character in the work, said, "Rather than looking for an answer, I draw questions from the character. The first is how many questions to draw. And find the answer to that question and connect it to make a character. While working, I live a life full of questions," he said, explaining his own acting process.

What is the reward and happiness he feels as he plays the characters born after such a fierce question, melts deeply into his work?

Moon So-ri cited "people" as the most important happiness. Moon So-ri said, "It is difficult for the work to have power unless you communicate deeply with the people you work with." When you act with someone, there is a warmth that you get between them. I feel it is friendship or another form of love or humanity. "The moment when I feel that we are having a beautiful time is so precious and beautiful," he said.

He then said, "I had a good time watching 'Jungnyeon' with actor Kim Tae-ri yesterday. Being able to support each other seems to prove that the process of the work was also good," he said, adding that every moment is a hot energy and driving force for him in the field.

Moon So-ri is set to meet with viewers around the world again through Netflix's "Fully Believed" in the first half of 2025.
