The prosecution has requested an arrest warrant for former lawmaker Kim Young-sun and Myung Tae-kyun, the parties to the "suspected intervention in the nomination," to the court.
The Changwon District Prosecutors' Office said today that it has received a request for arrest warrants for former lawmaker Kim Young-sun and Myung Tae-kyun on charges of violating the Political Fund Act.
A warrant review to determine whether they will be arrested will be held at Changwon District Court as early as the 7th.
