The fire authorities issued a "Response Phase 1" at around 7 p.m. to mobilize both the personnel and equipment of the competent fire department and began extinguishing and rescue operations.
A total of 44 people were injured in the fire, including breathing smoke, and four of them were classified as emergency patients.
Most of the transferees came from nursing homes on the fourth floor of the building, including those in their 90s as well as those over the age of 100.
There was a mart on the first floor of the building on fire and a sauna on the third floor, and people who were here are said to have evacuated themselves.
Fire authorities believe the fire started in the parking lot on the first basement floor and are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
