A fire broke out at a six-story multi-family house in Seongnae-dong, Seoul, around 3:30 a.m. today (12th).

In the fire, two people were seriously injured, including a man in his 40s who suffered a full-body burn, and four people were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

In addition, about 20 people, including residents, were evacuated to the roof of the house.

Fire authorities have issued the first stage of response in about five minutes, mobilizing both the personnel and equipment of the competent fire department, and are continuing to extinguish the fire in about 30 minutes.

Fire authorities believe the fire, which started with an internal combustion engine car parked in the Pilotti parking lot, has been transferred to the building.

It is reported that 13 households, a total of 30 people, lived in the house.
