Found in Gimnyeonggul Cave, Jeju in 7 years.

Red bats are said to have more difficult habitat conditions than other bats,
Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kimnyeonggul Cave is said to be a good environment for bats to hibernate because it maintains temperatures of around 10 degrees Celsius and humidity of more than 95 percent in winter.

The World Heritage Headquarters of Jeju Island said it will make efforts to preserve and manage the golden bat for safe winter.
