Lee Sung-joon, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff's press office, said at a regular briefing that there were GPS disturbances from North Korea in some areas, including the islands in the West Sea.
North Korea has been attempting to disturb GPS radio waves since the 8th, but the output intensity detected by the South Korean military is low and the duration is short, so it is known to be less intense than the radio disturbance in late May to early June.
Director Lee Sung-joon explained that the GPS radio disturbance seems to be mainly for the purpose of self-training in preparation for the appearance of drones.
