"Search for labor laws as if talking with artificial intelligence and KakaoTalk"

A search service that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and KakaoTalk chat windows to easily inform labor laws is being piloted.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor said it will provide "AI Labor Law Knowledge Search" so that people who are not familiar with labor laws can easily obtain legal information by talking on KakaoTalk.

He explained that if you post a question in the chat window, you can find complex labor law information while talking with AI, and that you can use it to check whether you are eligible for severance pay or whether you violate the minimum wage.

In addition, a separate website for the "Work Supervisor AI Support System" was held to allow civil petitioners to receive complaints interchangeably.

During the pilot period, you can only search for knowledge about wages, working hours, and unemployment benefits.
