Minister Yoo In-chon on Sports Council Conflict "Progress Process for the Future"

A day after the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism suspended Lee Ki-heung, the chairman of the Korea Sports Council, Minister Yoo In-chon said, "The difficulties of the sports world these days are the process of moving forward for the future."

Minister Yoo In-chon said today (12th) at the end of the congratulatory speech for the achievement of sports development and the transfer of the Korea Sports Awards, "We will lay the foundation for a new leap forward in the Korean sports world."

Minister Yoo said, "There are many difficulties in the sports world in recent years, and we are having a painful time toward a bright future for sports in Korea."

"I hope you think it's a step forward for the future," he added.
