Chairman Han Ki-jung said at a plenary session of the National Policy Committee held at the National Assembly today, when Lee Kang-il of the Democratic Party pointed out that "the agreement to cut the delivery app fee failed."
"Three of the four requirements of the tenant companies have been agreed on, and the biggest issue, the fee, has not yet been agreed," Chairman Han said. "The win-win plan came back yesterday and the public interest committee is reviewing it."
Chairman Han replied, "I will review it" to lawmaker Lee's point that the law needs to legislate to set the upper limit of the commission rate.
