Musk pictured with Trump family...Administration formation advice

Tesla Inc TSLA CEO Elon Musk is playing a key role in forming a new administration, taking photos with the family of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump and showing off his closeness, Newsweek reports.

Kai, the daughter of Trump's eldest son, Trump Jr., released a photo of Musk at a golf course at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, introducing Musk as an uncle.

Earlier, Kai Trump also released a photo taken by Trump's family after winning the presidential election, which includes Musk.

Musk, who is the number one contributor to Trump's presidential victory, has been staying at the Mar-a-Lago resort, which Trump calls the "Winter White House," since the vote-counting of the presidential election on the 5th, and is considering Cabinet candidates.

In addition to Musk, the meeting to review the candidate's history includes former Small Business Administration Commissioner Linda McMahon, a co-chair of the transition team, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance and his eldest son Trump Jr.
