BYD Korea said it will complete its review for the launch of its passenger car brand in the domestic market and formalize its launch.
The launch target is early next year and is currently in the process of preparing for regional sales and service networks, hiring personnel, and certifying vehicles, it said.
He then said that he will steadily prepare to become a brand that can give trust to Korean consumers with his successful experience and technology in the global market.
BYD Korea entered the Korean market in 2016 and has been conducting commercial vehicle business such as electric forklifts, buses, and trucks.
