The warrant hearing for Myung Tae-kyun and former lawmaker Kim Young-sun will be held tomorrow (14th) afternoon.

Arrest is expected to be decided as early as the day of the examination.

Former lawmaker Kim will appear at the court at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow, and an hour later, Myung will be present at the court in order to undergo a warrant review.

The prosecution emphasized the need for Myung's arrest in the request for an arrest warrant.

Prosecutors say Myung has benefited economically from his involvement in the party's nomination, showing off his friendship with politicians such as the presidential candidate and his wife.

At the same time, he pointed out that Myung has directly damaged the representative democracy system stipulated by the Constitution.I also saw that

The prosecution found that the money exchanged between Myung and former lawmaker Kim was 76 million won.
