Sentencing suspended for 30s who tried to kill a teenager who was dating her daughter.

The Daegu District Court sentenced 38-year-old A, who was put on trial for attempting to kill a teenager who was dating his daughter, to three years in prison and five years of probation.

The court said A usually showed symptoms such as panic disorder and considered the victim's request for leniency.

Mr. A was charged with attempting to kill Mr. B on the street in Beomeo-dong, Daegu, in September after his daughter showed abnormal behavior several times after dating 14-year-old Mr. B.
