The Democratic Party's Prosecutor's Countermeasures Committee issued a statement saying that there was an unprecedented decision to order the resignation of a prosecutor in violation of his jurisdiction at the Seongnam FC case trial on the 11th.

He also pointed out that some of the prosecutors who participated in representative Lee Jae-myung's cases, such as the Daejang-dong case, the perjury teacher case, and the Public Official Election Act, are suspected of violating their duties.

The task force said prosecutors' misconduct should not be tolerated in any way, and stressed that the prosecution's illegal personnel order was an abuse of authority and obstruction of justice.
