The provincial education office said it first received a report that Nice access was not available at around 7 a.m.
Nice is an educational information system used by students, parents, and teachers from 17 metropolitan and provincial offices of education and more than 12,000 elementary, middle and high schools nationwide for academic and administrative tasks such as grades and life records.
An official from the Provincial Office of Education said, "We are guiding you to do so because you can access it through the bypass access system."
He also explained, "There is a part that requires nice access to check the identity of students who did not bring their ID to the test site, but there is no big problem in the CSAT because they are issuing bypass access or temporary ID substitute documents."
