EBS's field teachers said at a briefing on the Korean language section held at the Sejong Government Complex today (14th) that the questions were easier than last year's CSAT and were judged to be at the level of a mock evaluation in September this year.
Han Byung-hoon, a teacher at Cheonan Jungang High School, said that this year's Korean section of the CSAT reduced the burden of test takers' preparation for the CSAT with the appropriate amount of information and more than 50% of connection with EBS textbooks.
He also explained that the information was presented relatively explicitly so that the question mark could be selected without excessive reasoning, and that the question was presented so that there was no benefit or disadvantage based on background knowledge.
At the same time, he added that the upper and middle-ranked discrimination seems to have been sufficiently secured in some questions.
