Moon Da-hye's "Stop leaking the investigation situation"...criticism of the prosecution

Moon Da-hye's lawyers took issue with the publication of the criminal case, saying the prosecution is leaking the investigation through the media in connection with the alleged bribery of former President Moon Jae In.

Attorney Lee Kwang-chul and Lee Jung-sun, who served as Moon Da-hye's legal representatives, issued their position today (14th) and said that only the prosecution knows about Moon and his attorney, such as the investigation of reference witnesses, the seizure and search situation, and the additional appointment of a lawyer, are being reported in the media.

At the same time, he pointed out that the disclosure of such information undermines Moon's personality and reputation and violates laws such as the Criminal Procedure Act, which could lead to legal responsibility beyond the level of violating investigation ethics.
